Implementation: The licences for the technologies of microbiological obtaining of the organic acids have been sold to foreign companies in:  France, Turkey - 2, Slovenia - 2, India - 2, Slovakia - 2, Bulgaria.
The essence of the invention:
  • The strain R-5 of citric acid producer Aspergillus niger that has been introduced in microbiological production is the most productive one in our country and abroad. The invention refers to the selection of microorganisms and utilization of the strain R-5 in obtaining of citric acid from sugarcane molasses. The productivity of the producer’s inoculum material is 0,7-1,0 g spores from 1 dm2 of the sporulation culture meduim surface. The invention allows to increase the productivity of citric acid production from sugarcane molasses.
  • The invention allows to increase the spore outcome from the sporulation culture medium surface and to obtain 1.85-1.94 g of spores from 1 dm2 in the process of obtaining the seeding material by using new strain R-6 of moulds Aspergillus niger which under the conditions of fermentation gives the outcome of citric acid about 95-100% of molasses sugar by using sugar-beet or sugarcane molasses. The sowing material of the strain R-6 can be used in the production of citric acid under the conditions of surface and submerge fermentation.
